BACKGROUND
For over 40 years I have been involved with strategic thinking and conceptual problem solving with a passion for quickly identifying the root of the problem and developing inventive, highly practical, and sustainable solutions--solutions that make sense.
Before founding Studio SUZAN I was responsible for strategic planning, creative program development as well as developing and implementing processes that leveraged company growth from a one-million-dollar marketing company to a 42-million-dollar company over 13 years in the pharmaceutical marketing arena.
At the outset of developing Studio SUZAN handmade jewelry, 28 years ago, I had three distinct business that needed to be vertically integrated and required highly dynamic systems and creative thinking for original product and packaging design, metalsmithing techniques, prototyping language and pattern making, training models and materials, production planning and manufacturing systems for work flow and space planning, quality control and safety parameters, wholesale sales distribution, retail boutique curation with personalized customer experience emphasis and personal brand social marketing--all under one roof. 
Managing and adapting these processes and systems with a consistent and cohesive point of view focused on a timeless product and a transformative customer experience enabled Studio SUZAN Jewelry to cultivate a repeat and loyal customer base, an evolving design collection, and community impact for 28 years. This required creativity, ingenuity, consistency, faith, proactive problem solving, and thoughtful, analytical and intuitive consideration to changing economic and social factors which influenced buying patterns and customer needs and desires. These skills and unique methods are now available in a consulting capacity, as well as in new project opportunities and collaborations.
